Return & Refund Policy


At Bean Kind Coffee Roasters, we roast fresh in small batches to ensure quality and flavour.
Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee beans, we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

However, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged
  • The item is not as described
  • The product is unsafe or significantly different from what was ordered

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
    Clear photos (if applicable)
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
